My Story
I started coaching mindfulness to offer a nurturing path toward reducing the stress and anxiety that often accompany our modern lives. My journey into mindfulness began when I experienced burnout from the demands of a corporate career, which left little room for personal balance. Like many, I initially overlooked the obvious signs of physical stress and mental fatigue, unaware of how deeply these issues could affect overall well-being.
